Together, they form an elegant unity.A spacious, light-filled entrance hall forms the heart of the building. A modern interpretation of a carriage house. It connects the climate-resilient greenery (multi-stem Pinus sylvestris) on the seafront to the collective inner garden. Here, you will find lush flowering plants and multi-stem trees, sheltered and south-facing. The private storage units, designed as beach cabins, are located on this level.The underground parking is accessible via a comfortable ramp instead of a car lift.Designed by 360 Architecten (Jan Mannaerts), the project exudes calm and timeless elegance. Clean lines, light sandy tones in the masonry and bronze accents in the joinery create a warm and natural appearance.
